What Not To Do When Driving

Funny story (only because no one was hurt) out of the UK about a man driving “erratically” on the road.  When he was pulled over, what did the cops find as a source of the problem?  He had Battlestar Galactica playing on his laptop that was set up on the dashboard of his truck.
